The greatest legacies are built by what you share.​

For more than four decades, Jeff Speck, P.E., has put his engineering expertise to work advancing the concrete masonry industry — and helping others advance with it.​

His contributions span fire-rated concrete masonry, lightweight concrete research, engineering education and technical leadership. ​

But perhaps the clearest measure of Jeff’s impact is how consistently he showed up for this industry. For more than 25 years, he served an extraordinary 177 association committee terms.​

Through it all, Jeff shared what he knew, mentored others and helped build the technical foundation future generations can continue to build upon.​

That lifetime of expertise, education and service is why we’re proud to welcome Jeff Speck, P.E., to the 2026 . 👏​

Our classroom at CMHA Headquarters just received a fresh new look!​

A big thank you to Jeff Tew and Dell Nolt of Westlake Royal Stone Solutions, who recently visited us in Herndon, Virginia, to install donated manufactured stone veneer (MSV) and help beautify our classroom space.​

We couldn’t be happier with the results! It gets us even more excited to welcome members back for in-person courses and put this refreshed space to good use.
