Meet the Heart Behind Front Porch Culinary
Originally from Brandon, Mississippi, Kyli Collins is a wife, mother of three, educator, and lifelong lover of all things cooking! She and her husband, Lantz, moved to Hernando in 2021, where they have planted roots and made North Mississippi their home.
With a master’s degree in education, Kyli has always had a passion for teaching and nurturing others, but her love for cooking began long before she ever stepped into a classroom. In fact, she has been cooking since she was tall enough to reach the stove!
Growing up in the South, Kyli learned early on that some of life’s sweetest memories are made around the dinner table. For years, she poured her heart into preparing meals for family and friends, finding joy in bringing people together through good food and Southern hospitality.
In 2023, what had always been a lifelong passion blossomed into something bigger. Kyli began cooking for the public on a larger scale, and Front Porch Culinary was born.
What started as a love for feeding the people closest to her has grown into a business centered around homemade food, meaningful celebrations, and the belief that a good meal has a way of making people feel loved.
For Kyli, Front Porch Culinary is more than just a catering business. It’s an extension of her home, her heart, and her Southern roots.
Because around here, food isn’t just something we serve. It’s how we love people.
