Let's Talk Specialized Education I truly love the work that I have been called to do. I have experience in working with students of all ages Pre-K to 12th grade.

I have over 19 years of experience in education serving as an Educator, Special Education Supervisor, Positive Behavior Specialist, Professional Development Coordinator, and Ed Consultant. I have 17 years of experience working in Special Education classrooms as a teacher, positive behavior specialists, and supervisor. My work has been focused in classroom management, behavior modification, and the community based population. My personal mission in Special Education is to be able to support the community in finding meaningful resources and creating positive conversation around how we can all work together to make the community an inclusive environment that supports the growth of all humans.

Y’all check out this awesome resource I found! You can check out any of the games, curriculums, or sensory toys all for FREE! There’s also little play rooms for the kids to explore and chill. Last, but certainly not least - they have a poster maker and a laminator!!

We went with Scrabble Junior …. Until the dogs wanted to play 🤣😂🐾🐾

I lift all the educators up in prayer today. There is no such excitement like the first day of school. Day 1 goals: get them in class, feed them, and make sure they get home safely.

I also pray for all the kiddos that held any anxiety about the newness of the year as they walked into the building.

Cheers to the 2026-2027 school year!
