Just a few highlights from our time at the Repairing the Ruins Conference, where we joined hundreds of other educators, administrators, and leaders in Classical Christian Education. We are SO energized and inspired and ready for year two at HCA!

Have you heard of the Good Soil Report? 🌱🌳

In 2018-2019, the Association of Classical Christian Schools partnered with the University of Notre Dame to study the life outcomes of graduates across different types of education.

Researchers compared 24-42 year old alumni from public, secular private, Catholic, evangelical Christian, religious homeschool, and classical Christian schools. The difference was clear.

Today we wrapped up our second to last week of school, and we truly can’t believe the first year of HCA is already coming to a close! God is SO good!

We did a bonus Friday art lesson that focused on abstract painting. We finished reading one of our favorite classics, The House at Pooh Corner. We studied Paul’s encouragement to the Philippians and memorized 4:6, which reminds us not to worry about anything. And we ended the day by experimenting with velocity and angles through a fun game of rocket launchers.

We’re grateful for a special morning at HCA! Students have been working hard, learning and memorizing poems, and today they presented to family and friends at the Poetry Cafe!
