We’re so grateful to be able to pray for one another in school. 🙌🏻 Here are some of the prayer requests from our Bible time this morning. Would you join us in prayer, asking God to move on behalf of our sweet kiddos?

September is off to a great start! So far, we learned what it means to love God and each other, we read classics like Green Eggs and Ham, Sylvester and the Magic Pebble and Where the Wild Things Are, we practiced writing in cursive, and reviewed CVC words.

Next week we’ll listen to Scheherazade, op. 35, study Rousseau’s painting, Exotic Landscape, and begin Latin lessons by discussing how God made everything Ex Nihilio, or out of nothing.

We love getting to start our day worshiping God together! It reminds us that we’re His, He’s good and He loves us, and He has big plans for our lives!

Each month at HCA, we focus on a virtue. The hymns we sing are a special way we integrate those virtues with our worship. As we learn about love this September, we’ll be singing Because I Love Jesus.

Have you heard of the Good Soil Report? 🌱🌳

In 2018-2019, the Association of Classical Christian Schools partnered with the University of Notre Dame to study the life outcomes of graduates across different types of education.

Researchers compared 24-42 year old alumni from public, secular private, Catholic, evangelical Christian, religious homeschool, and classical Christian schools. The difference was clear.

Visit classicaldifference.com for the full report. Link in bio to learn more about HCA.
