Hey Bulldogs!! Do you hear that???? Sounds like a whole lot of water coming this way! As of today, we have raised $6,005 toward our $7,000 goal, and we all know what happens at $7,000! Mrs. Curtis and Mrs. Tomberlain, get those shower caps and snorkels ready.

This week Dodson Elementary kicked off their Fit-a-thon fundraiser. This is a fun way for our amazing Bulldog students to keep their bodies moving, all while raising money for our school and earning prizes. In fact, students can earn a prize just for registering!! See below for the awesome individual and classroom prizes!

Hello, MNPS. Here's an update on the 2020-21 school year: When school starts Aug. 4, MNPS students will have two options for the first semester: in-person or virtual learning.

Students who choose virtual learning will still be tied to the school they would have attended if they were going in person. In-person extracurricular options, including sports, will still be an option for students who chose a virtual classroom. Making a decision on a semester basis will allow schools to adequately staff both the in-person and virtual programs, develop seating assignments to maximize social distancing, and ensure consistency with accountability measures.

Good evening Dodson Families! Just a reminder about Thursday May 21 and Friday May 22, 2020.

Cookie Dough can ONLY be picked up tomorrow, May 21 from 9:00-11:30. If you need to pick up cookie dough, you may also get in line to get your personal items regardless of assigned times.

Otherwise, Please see the designated times for students to pick up their personal belongings and any medications at school.

Thursday, May 21 9:00-12:00 Students last name beginning with A-D
Thursday, May 21 3:00-5:00 Students last name beginning with E-K

Friday, May 22 9:00-12:00 Students last name beginning with L-R
Friday, May 22 3:00-5:00 Students last name beginning with S-Z

With the exception of those that need to pick up cookie dough, we are asking everyone to try to come during the assigned time. We hope this will minimize your wait time.

The pickup line will be in the regular car rider line. All families will remain in their car. We will call in and have your child's items delivered to your car.

Cookie Dough will be picked up in the back of the school by the black top. Once again, all families will remain in the vehicle and staff members will deliver your items.

Please note all student items need to be picked up due to the extensive summer cleaning.
