This site was created to enhance your experience so you can share the message of nutrition and inspire others to do the same; making a difference in the lives of others one person at a time! We will be hosting lectures locally and want to invite you to come and enjoy this education free of char

ge! We are mothers, fathers, grandparents; We are Uncles, Aunts, Daycare Providers; We are Fitness Professionals, Healthcare Workers, and Stay at Home Parents. We own local businesses that you come in every day and work in others that you frequent. We go to your place of worship. Our children go to school together. We pass each other in the post office or when we are shopping in the grocery store. We are a proactive group of people that care about the health and wellness of our community enough to start launching education exposures for them.
