Kids Pans 2026🥋
We had the pleasure of taking 16 students to Orlando, Florida to compete in the most prestigious youth Jiu Jitsu event in the World. Unfortunately Nicolas Woods 🇺🇸🇸🇻 fell ill and was unable to compete, so we fielded 15 students in total. We were able to make it to the finals in 7 of the 15 brackets, along with 1 semi final appearance. Stats only tell part of the story. When you dig a little deeper you begin to uncover the stories of personal battles overcome, confidence regained, confidence questioned, lifelong bonds enhanced and family ties strengthened. There are so many great lifelong memories that are made on trips like this. The joy of victory, the sadness of defeat…they both shape our character. Ultimately we get to choose our response to the energy around us. I encourage you all to enjoy the beauty of living in the moment. Rise above the energy that does not feed your spirit in a positive way and keep charging forward towards the accomplishment of your goals. The person you see in the mirror every day is capable of achieving great things!! It just takes work and belief. Blessings🙏🏿

Thankful to have the opportunity to share the experience of another American Nationals in Las Vegas. This year’s event was once again packed with the best of the best from coast to coast!!

Absolute gratitude for Professor Gino🥋🙏🏿 “The General”🔥 He is a pure representative of the old guard. Honor, respect, unquestionable loyalty and dedication to our art and the principles of growth it affords us. We’ve shared so many great times over the last 10 years it would be impossible to point out just one. However if you ever get the opportunity to be in his presence and learn from his extensive life and combat experience, you will be glad you did. I’m blessed to be able to share the mats with you my friend. I appreciate you and the way you pour into our community. I’m Looking forward to many more years together as we continue to express our mutual love of our art. It’s amazing having the opportunity to witness people setting a goal, working extremely hard in pursuit of that goal with NO GUARANTEES, and then achieving the very thing they dreamed of. Luck is not a recipe for success. Discipline, consistency, and unwavering persistence will always lead you to the doorstep of the goals you have set for yourself. One of the greatest things about Jiu Jitsu is the gift of having a front row seat while watching the growth and development of the people we are blessed to share this art with. A little over 7 years ago William walked into the academy. He expressed certain goals and dreams. He was never the superstar or most “talented” on the mat. However, he has never been afraid of the work. He has always been a phenomenal young man with the absolute purest of hearts.
The road trips, the food runs (triple scoop ice cream🤣), the many highs and the tears shed on the lows have made for a truly incredible experience. Congratulations on earning your Brown belt today🤎🥋 I’m beyond proud of you!! Keep paying it forward, and keep your passion for the art burning!!! Your future is so bright young man.
