Hello and happy Thursday everyone! 🖐️

I know it's been a while since posting here, but I have been SUPER busy and life has changed so much! I appreciate your patience. 💫

I recently accepted a new job teaching art IN PERSON! I'm excited to continue on this path and learn/grow in a new setting. 🌱

I won't be teaching online for now, but as soon as I'm available again, I will share here and we will have ALL the fun! 🤩🎨

Thank you everyone for your support! I couldn't be here without you.⚡

Happy Friday!

I definitely felt the fatigue yesterday after my classes ended. I had 4 classes - almost had 5 - which is now the most I've had in a day!

Thanks to all who have supported me! 🖒

Teaching is quite a demanding/ balancing job, and I give props to all educators out there! This work can take so much out of you, but it's worth every bit! ❤

I have no classes today, so it's time to have a fun Friday and enjoy myself.

In "Introduction to Drawing," I work with students ages 5-7 to go over the basics in drawing.
We meet once a week over four weeks!

I currently have a class that meets on Tuesdays. In our second class yesterday, we talked about shapes, and how we can use them to our advantage!

My students chose to draw a sailboat, and we had a blast breaking it down to basic shapes. Happy Wednesday to you!

It's Thursday - and the "feels" are real. 🌊

I'm saddened every time a student expresses their struggles from the pandemic. Living through this every day is rough - for everyone.

I'm thankful to make any impact on these kids - whether it's showing them how to create something, being an open ear, or just having fun together. 🌻

We will get through this, together!

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening - wherever you are - hello! 👋

I'm Ms.Amber, and welcome to my classroom! 😁 Here is where I teach, create, and learn. I now offer 6 classes for students ages 4-8. 🎉

I have drawing classes - giraffes, dinosaurs, princesses, introduction to drawing, and a drawing/adjective practice class. ✏

I recently added my first painting class for 6-8 year olds, working with the well known paint markers! 🎨

I have all of these classes available over the next two weeks, and will add more classes for March soon.
I look forward to working with you soon!

Hello, hello! 🌞 Dropping by to share some funny, exciting things!

#1: Teaching the most classes I've had in a day today - whoohoo! Thanks to all who have supported me.🖒

#2: It turns out I have taught an international student! Yay! 😍

#3: This international kid knows about our president, understands that he is dangerous and mean, and is celebrating the end of his presidency! 🙈

I think I will too. 😅🤣

Good morning!

I woke up to having a full class today, yay! What a great way to end the year.

As of today, I have now taught 64 students! I feel so humbled and thankful. I have loved every second of this adventure.

While I have a ways to go to make this more stable, I'm glad I made the decision to try.

In today's princess class, we were dancing, talking about our favorite princesses, and got silly with our drawings. 🤣 I love the energy these kids have! 💗

When it comes to my classes, my goals are: to have fun, to learn something new, and to put in our best effort. 🌈

👑 My favorite and most successful class so far is for {Create Your Own Princess!} In this one time class, I show students how to draw their very own princess.

👏 We go over basic parts of the human body, we brainstorm accessories, shoes, and more for our personalized princess, and we have so much fun expressing our creativity.

Introduction Post! 🖐🏽

Hello! I was born, raised, and am living in California, US. I love to travel, go outdoors, and enjoy the arts and music.

I aspire to teach drawing, crafts, painting, or other classes down the road. I have always enjoyed working with kids and am excited to keep it going.

I attended the University of San Francisco and obtained my BA in Fine Arts in 2018.

I believe students learn when they are engaged and curious. Let's support those interests and learn and have fun!
