Our Story

Alan J. Dole joined Equity Concepts in 2004 and became a shareholder in 2006. He offers 25 years of corporate finance and management experience, over ten years of experience in the financial services industry, and specializes in family financial and retirement planning. As a Federal Employee Benefits Consultant, Alan is educated and skilled at helping federal employees integrate their federal benefits with their financial and retirement plans.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Rochester.

He enjoys spending time with his wife Rhonda and their two children. He is actively involved in Restoration Church where he sings in the choir, and the Rotary Club of Mechanicsville, VA. Alan is a member of the University of Rochester Alumni Association, an Eagle Scout, and spends his free time traveling, golfing, hiking, and reading.

Kenny joined Equity Concepts in 2001 as a Wealth Manager and became a shareholder in 2006. Kenny has completed advanced training and frequently handles sophisticated retirement plan structures for small business owners. Another area of specialization for Kenny is College Planning and Financial AidConsulting.
