Our fourth graders in Mrs. Belcher's class put their math skills to work this week by building numbers with place value blocks! 🧮 Students used hands-on materials to strengthen their understanding of place value while engaging in meaningful mathematical conversations. Great job, mathematicians! ⭐

This week, we are excited to recognize Ms. Bisaillon, who is truly LEVELING UP! 🎮⬆️
Taking on a new grade level is no small task, and she has embraced the challenge with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing what is best for students. She has taken an active role in collaborative planning, contributing ideas, helping develop meaningful lessons, and working alongside her team to strengthen instruction.
Most importantly, she is intentional about meeting the needs of the diverse learners in her classroom, making thoughtful adjustments and providing support so that every student has an opportunity to learn and succeed.

🦅 Hawk of the Week: Ashley Song!

Ashley has been a driving force behind our strong start to the school year. From working all summer to prepare systems and supports, to creating Math PLC documents, leading Exceptional Education initiatives, and ensuring staff felt ready and supported on Monday when leading our kickoff, her impact has been tremendous. Ashley's dedication, leadership, and positive attitude help make our school stronger every day. We are grateful for all she does!

As we prepare to welcome our teachers back, he has gone above and beyond to ensure our school is clean, organized, and ready for an amazing year. Not only were all assigned tasks completed with care and attention to detail, but he also takes pride in making every space shine.
