I.C. Healing

I didn’t like where I was and wanted better for myself. So I got clear who I I wanted to be and created a plan…A plan that grounded my dreams into reality. Then I got to work. I worked on the way I spoke to myself, the way I thought, and the way I moved. I learned to recognize which thoughts aligned with my past self and which aligned with who I was becoming. I was no longer willing to entertain the limitations that had been imposed on me. I wanted more for myself and I believed that more was available. I led myself in a way that aligned with where I was going, not in a way that kept me where I had been. I broke the cycle because I committed to myself. I finally learned that doing the work is loving myself in the way that I needed to be loved💛
