Shout out to our community partners-local Starbucks managers. They came today and worked with K, 1, art & library! We were so fortunate to have them as volunteers today.
We have Virginia State Fair winners! Finn (1st grade) & Hutch Gulick (alum) entered for the Literary Table Youth Competition at the State Fair. Finn chose “Penelope Rex, We Don’t Eat Our Classmates”. They created 2 place settings to invite the main character to lunch w/the book & a menu.
They won 3rd place for Creativity for all of Youth Arts. Congratulations!!!🎉
Shout out to Megan Wise, meteorologist for coming to speak to our second graders today! We had a blast and learned so much.

Thanks to for paying for the amazing show today! “Have You Filled a Bucket Today? The Musical!” was a hit with all ages. Students learned what bucket filler and bucket dippers are and why it’s important to be bucket fillers!
Rays who exhibited Habit #1 - Be Proactive - during September signed the Golden Book today! Way to go Rays!
Heritage Night was a huge success! Mrs. Sutphin and Ms. Renn did an amazing job making sure all students were represented. Thanks to all the families that brought yummy dishes to share!

Today we celebrated students who received a Leader in Me positive office referral the first month of school! Students earned a coin to use in our 📕 vending machine. Great habits make unstoppable leaders!
We kicked off clubs this week for the first time at Pinchbeck for our 3rd and 4th graders! What a fun way to start the morning and connect with other students and staff members. 🥁 🏃 🎲
Shout out to the John Rolfe YMCA and their sponsors for all of the donations of school supplies they dropped off for students and staff. It’s amazing to have such a wonderful community partner!

Pinchbeck Families - PowerSchool Parent Portal is now open to families for the 2023-2024 academic year, which means Ecollect Forms is back in action too! Families may now begin completing the Back-to-School Forms.
Directions for creating a PowerSchool account can be found below. If you need assistance with your child's Student Identification Number, please call our Main Office at (804)750-2670 Mon.-Thursday. PowerSchool Parent Portal allows parents/guardians many conveniences such as completing online forms, viewing student grades and assignments, accessing bus routes and numbers, and viewing homeroom teacher assignments.
Pinchbeck Families - Help support our school! Pinchbeck Elementary School will be paid for every pound we collect. Look for the large white collection bin in the school parking lot.
