Henrico Career & Technical Education - CTE

The Entrepreneurial class at the Summer Career Camps built out models of their own theme parks. Middle school students made treats to sell at the Theme Parks and all the Summer Camp students played games and ate the treats for a fun-filled last day.

Students in a couple of Summer Career Camp classes were able to talk with Henrico County Schools Communications Department reps who were there to show off their drone skills. They showed some past videos they have made and recorded a new one with the students.

The Farm to Table students in the Summer Career Camps are laying a layer of topsoil to a median in the school parking lot. They had some help from the Heavy Equipment students in filling the wheelbarrows.

The Summer Career Camps Heavy Equipment students got to work with a small excavator while they helped the Farm to Table program students prepare a bed to plant trees and bushes in the school parking lot.
