A lil life lately

Back: still blown out. Figuring out how to fix it has truly been an emotional & spiritual awakening.

You ever breathe so deeply it feels like your first breath ever on earth?????….the feeling of oxygen makes you cry? Yea it’s been emotional over here. I’m in my spiritual era and breaking up with everyone.

Myofascial release and nervous system work, which go hand in hand…..has opened something inside of me. I cannot s**u about it. For the skin, the body, the mind. It has been life changing. It is completely changing my work and how I approach all of my clients. It is allllllll connected.

Been there, experienced that 🙂

From your skincare provider who has tried it all….the all natural and “chemical free” to overhyped products and tools. I know what it’s like when you aren’t putting your best, most confident face forward into the world.

After working with so many clients of across all ages, i came to realize most of my clients are just hungry for information. Which I find so ironic given the access we have at our fingertips at every moment. But it’s too much information.

I’ve been on the other side of the chair as a client, with a professional commenting on my breakouts while I’m there for something else….been made to feel silly, not informed, or as though I’m taking bad care of myself.

I hate that. How are we, especially in a woman dominated field, going to make people feel like that? As if we don’t understand the complexities of life, hormones, sickness, injuries, and so so so many more factors that play out on our skin. As if life isn’t hard enough?

So I created something different.

A space that you can come and learn how to care for your skin. Free of judgement. Where you leave a more empowered consumer than you came in. Where you feel excited and empowered to care for your skin. Not out of fear of aging, not out of obligation to some silly beauty standard. But because it cares for your body, it cares for your nervous system, because it makes you better able to tackle your day.

I like putting the puzzle pieces together, taking the time to understand what’s going on internally that’s being reflected on your skin, I like being the person with the answers. It is so fulfilling to see a client walk back out into the world a more confident version of themselves.

My mural was one of the first things I invested in for the spa….it made my WHOLE room! The OG treatment room. Sam is another one I found off a local fb page. Seriously, the best things!!!

April & May wiped me out so hard I was unable to post my photo dumps 💀 a lot of admiring the plants and pretending to work, but in new locations!!
