Ski career exploration can now reach every classroom.

The Pipeline Project is excited to launch the Ski Career Exploration Experience - an interactive way for students to discover the wide range of careers that keep a ski resort running.

And exploration is just the beginning. The Pipeline Passport connects students, educators, and resorts to carry that interest forward through learning, credentials, and pre-apprenticeship progress.

Both were brought to life in partnership with Coenvision. Their team took a vision for what career exploration and workforce development could look like in the ski industry and helped us build the technology to make it possible.

We’re incredibly excited for what comes next. 🏔️

On October 5, high school CTE students and educators from across Utah will have the opportunity to explore the many careers that keep a mountain resort running at our Ski Career Exploration Event hosted by Snowbird.

Through hands-on experiences, mock interviews, and conversations with industry professionals, students will discover the diverse career opportunities available throughout the ski industry.

In reality, many careers offer long-term opportunities supported by professional education, college certificates, apprenticeships, and technical training.

What if your students could spend a day exploring ski industry careers?

The Pipeline Project is hosting its 2nd New Hampshire Ski Career Exploration event, connecting Career & Technical Education students with New Hampshire ski resorts through hands-on experiences, career conversations, mock interviews, and real-world career exploration.

Students will explore the wide variety of careers that keep our mountains operating - from lift mechanics to vehicle maintenance and beyond (perfect for students in: engineering, HVAC, electrical, welding, construction, auto, heavy duty, and more!)

Date: October 21, 2026
Time: Approx. 9-2pm (we have flexibility)
Location: Gunstock Mountain Resort
Complimentary lunch provided
