Hi daycare clients!

Unfortunately our check in/check out tablet met its demise when a pup decided to jump us to tell us how excited they were to come to daycare. Oops. 😅

While we work on a replacement, the state still requires daycare members to physically sign your dogs in and out for daycare. The staff cannot do it because we cannot sign the form for you.

Hi everyone, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone about our business hours. We have been having issues for the past few weeks with clients not adhering to our hours.

We are not trying to make your lives harder, but we are trying to run the business with the top priority being the dog's safety.

We do not open until 7:30am. Yes, we have staff here earlier than that, but we are trying to set up the place and are not able to monitor dogs during that time. Please wait in your cars until we turn on the open sign and unlock the door. Crowding the front door can cause issues and altercations in the parking lot - remember that not every dog in the building has met every other dog as we have 4 different play areas. We will move quickly to get the dogs checked in so you can go about your morning.

We are closed between 12-1 for lunch. This is so the upfront person is able to take lunch. The dogs are still playing during that time. The phones, emails, and most importantly, the front door, will not be answered during this time as those who are still in the building are watching the dogs. You are welcome to wait in your car until we reopen.

We close at 6:30pm and we expect all dogs to be picked up by then so we can depart for the day. Please make it a point to arrive by then to collect your dog(s).

We appreciate everyone understanding and cooperating with these hours. Thank you!

This year I expect that festivities will be greater than years prior. PLEASE ACT NOW, make a plan to keep your pets safe! BE SURE THEY ARE WEARING ID AT ALL TIMES even if you sharpie a phone number on a cheap collar. Amazon has nice stitched phone number collars for a decent price. Cheaper than having a tag made at PetSmart for sure but more importantly prepare for the worst and hope for the best. During the week of the 4th don't leave pets unattended, check fences, gates, harness, collar etc to make sure secure. You never know when someone is going to start firing off.. Make sure IF YOUR PET IS MICROCHIPPED, CONTACT INFO IS UP TO DATE & CONSIDER GETTING A TRACKING COLLAR bc chips only work if someone finds and scans them. Hoping everyone shares the reminder, preparations are made in advance and we all have a safe and happy upcoming holiday!
