Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter & chocolate chips. 2. Pour into a greased dish. Stir in your chocolate chips. 3. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. 4. Drizzle your peanut butter on top and enjoy! This is the perfect high protein, low carb & delicious dessert recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth! If you make it let me know what you think!

No-Bake PB Chocolate Cookie Cups i n g r e d i e n t s- CRUST: 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup maple syrup FILLING: 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tsp. vanilla extract TOPPING: 1/2 cup chocolate chips {melted} d i r e c t i o n s- 1. CRUST: Stir together the two ingredients, then press this dough into a mini muffin tin with liners {makes about 20.} Freeze this for 30 minutes before adding filling. 2. FILLING: Stir together the three ingredients, then pipe the batter onto the crust + press the batter down with your fingers and freeze again for 15 minutes before adding chocolate topping. 3. (In bio) or search Foodieholly.com I have been seeing the cottage cheese wrap trend all over my feed recently and I had to make my own twist with these little breakfast tacos and they turned out so good! High protein and delicious 😋 INGREDIENTS - 3-4 tbsp cottage cheese (I used low fat) - 1 egg white - pepper, oregano & chilli flakes Topping - 2 eggs - 2 tbsp pesto - Handful rocket - chopped chives - Sriracha METHOD - To a bowl whisk the cottage cheese and egg white together with a fork - To a baking sheet spoon the cottage cheese into two equal circles and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes - Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes (oven times may differ so keep an eye on them until they look crispy) take out half way and dab excess liquid with a paper towel and use a spatula to push back into shape - Once done, leave to cool for 10 minutes and prepare toppings - assemble tacos with the pesto, two eggs, sriracha, chives and enjoy! #recipe #easyrecipe #recipeshare #ukfoodblogger #ukfoodie #recipeoftheday
