chools and instructors? Very simply, we focus on the student’s goals and aspirations and not our own. We tailor each lesson to the individual and recognize that not everyone learns best from a lesson book or textbook. We have found through our many years of experience that listening to the student and paying attention to their needs produces a much better musician. This leads to a lifelong relationship with their instrument specifically and to Music in general. These definitely aren’t your Grandparents music lessons! We begin by focusing on teaching the student the basics in a way that will have them playing songs almost in their first week. By doing this, the student gains a level of comfort and control over their respective instruments and allows them to explore the possibilities that lie ahead. As the student’s skill and level of control increases the ability to understand the more advanced aspects of music are more easily absorbed and applied. By using this method the developing musician is limited only by their efforts and ambitions! Here at CMC we pride ourselves on our thoroughness and versatility. Our instructors specialized in teaching all levels and ages of students how to play a nearly unlimited number of instruments. We do this by staffing our school with full time music instructors who have dedicated their musical talents toward teaching others. We have instructors in VOICE, PIANO, GUITAR, DRUMS, PERCUSSION, BASS, MANDOLIN, BANJO, DOBRO, MANDOLIN, VIOLIN, UKULELE and too many more to list in every style of music!
