We created a Facebook event for the 37th Annual Hendersonville Golden Invitational happening THIS SATURDAY!

🍿 BOG SNACK SIGN-UP! 💛🖤

Last season, we started using a snack sign-up for away football games and competitions, and our BOG families absolutely came through! It worked so well that we’re doing it again this year.

We’ve marked each event as High, Medium, or Low Priority to help show where snack donations are needed most. Longer trips and competitions will generally have a higher priority than closer away games.

We’d LOVE to see the whole season fill up again because these teens are HUNGRY.

We also broke the sign-ups into smaller quantities to make buying and splitting the cost a little easier. You can sign up for multiple slots to cover a whole bus (or more!), or just take one slot and help cover part of a bus.

Every little bit helps. Thank you so much! 💛🖤

*Snack Drop-Off: Snacks can be dropped off at the band dock at the end of any band practice. If possible, please drop them off by the Thursday before the weekend they’ll be used. If needed, you can also bring them at call time the day of the event.

Please label your snacks Bus 1, Bus 2, or Bus 3 so we can keep everything sorted.

🏆 HGI TROPHY SPONSORSHIPS ARE STILL AVAILABLE! 🏆

The 37th Annual Hendersonville Golden Invitational is coming up, and we still have a variety of trophies available to sponsor in Classes A, B, C & D!

For $75, you can sponsor a trophy that will be awarded to one of our visiting bands at HGI. Sponsorships are open to families, individuals, groups, businesses and organizations.

Trophies are still available across all four classes, including select placement, music, visual, percussion and color guard awards.

Your Band of Gold marcher can even present your sponsored trophy to the winning band during the awards ceremony!

Our 10th Annual Mattress Sale Fundraiser is coming up Saturday, August 22 from 10 AM–5 PM at Hendersonville High School!

This is one of those fundraisers that’s truly a win-win. You can shop name brand mattresses at 30–60% off, and every purchase directly benefits the HHS Band of Gold! 🖤💛

If a new mattress has been on your list, come shop with us before heading anywhere else. There will be mattresses in all sizes and firmness levels, plus financing and delivery options available.
