Today, Sigma members around the world unite to honor the six inspiring nurses who formed the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Each day, you are changing lives and inspiring others. Thank you for being a Sigma member!

This event is being held in Northern part of the State but I would encourage participation through donation if you cannot attend in person. This organization is a huge support to all student scholarships in the state, from undergraduate, RN-BSN, and graduate levels too. More to come on how to donate remotely....

Another successful event. The Zeta Kappa-at-large hosted the 2018 Spring Educational Event. Our guest speaker, Toni Mullan, RN from the University Medical Center, talked about the hospital staff's experience in providing trauma care during the October 1 shooting. Vegas Strong.

The Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Honor Society of Nursing Zeta Kappa-At-Large Chapter is offering two scholarships to STTI Zeta-Kappa-At-Large currently paid members in 2018: (1) Research Grant for $2,500 and (2) Continuing Education (CE) Scholarship for $1,000. We will only award one individual for each category. All applications will be peer-reviewed. Awardees are required to present findings from their research/quality improvement project or continuing education presentation during the next annual STTI educational event in Fall 2018. Send application to Dr. Andrew Reyes at [email protected]. The deadline for applications is January 31, 2018 by 4:00pm PST. Late and incomplete applications will not be accepted. These STTI Zeta Kappa Members and Officers were awarded Tenure and promoted to Associate Professors for their significant contributions to their school, community, state level, and science. Their dedication, hard work, and devotion are exemplary, working to meet their school's mission and vision with deliverable outcomes in Research, Teaching, Service.
