Terri Haley, 30 years of experience as a percussion performer and instructor, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine, a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Master of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. ts of Anaheim, California; and the Blue Devils of Concord, California. In 1989 she earned the Blue Devils Most Improved award and in 1990 was inducted into the Blue Devils Hall of Fame. Haley has been an active member of the Percussive Arts Society for over 25 years and has given multiple workshops and presentations at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention. Haley's publications include Six articles in the Journal of the Percussive Arts Society: Percussive Notes, exercises in Percussion News and her self-published book, Keyboard Percussion Exercises for Two and Four Mallets. Haley has written for and instructed world class drum corps including the Velvet Knights, Blue Knights, Troopers, Cascades, plus various scholastic and independent percussion ensembles nationwide. Residing in Las Vegas, NV, Ms. Haley is the Percussion Specialist for the Clark County School District, comprised of over 100 middle and high schools. As President of TL Haley Consulting, Inc., Ms. Haley teaches and runs a private percussion studio, and also remains active in the field of Nuclear Medicine and continues to enjoy the privilege of being a private pilot.
