Remember, no class this saturday August 1st as we travel to our final tournament of 2026, the Mad City Martial Arts Tournament in Madisonville KY. If you aren't competing, come down and support your classmates and the other amazing martial artists that will be there!

This week in class in class was a strong focus on forms, including teaching the black belts the returning to curriculum form Hwa Rang, which will be a testing requirement for 1st Keup brown belts going for black belt. Thank you Fran for being our photographer!
