"It's not enough to just learn the trade; we must understand everything it takes to keep our members on projects. Our Fall 2024 apprentices are taking action and showing their dedication right from the start. From walking the line to advocating at city council meetings and learning jobsite hazards and mitigation techniques, they are learning the importance of solidarity and union values, taking pride in our work and working safely. This hands-on experience helps solidify what was learned in class, bringing it to life. The semester is off to a great start! Proud of their passion and commitment! πͺ "
