Pinecrest Academy of Nevada is a college preparatory public charter school in Henderson, Nevada Pinecrest Academy is a tuition-free, college prep academy.

We offer academic rigor in our core curriculum via Differentiated Instruction and Science Inquiry. We offer a full program serving the whole child through Visual Arts, Music, Spanish, Physical Education, Technology and Decision Making classes. Our elementary texts are aligned with Common Core State Standards. Our middle school texts for study come from the College Board, the entity that is responsible for Advanced Placement courses.

Summer break is here… but Horizon is still hard at work! ❤️💙

Our 2nd grade classrooms, 3rd grade classrooms, and Humanities room have received brand-new carpet. This update helps reduce classroom noise and supports a calm, comfortable learning environment for our students.

Our 4/5 Girls Soccer Team had an incredible season! ❤️💙⚽️

They went into Monday’s championship game undefeated and played with heart, teamwork, and determination from start to finish. After an exciting game that went all the way to a final tie-breaker, our girls earned 2nd place overall in their division!

We are so proud of this amazing team, their grit, and their Patriot pride! ❤️💙

🎓❤️💙 Today our halls were filled with smiles, cheers, memories, and so much Patriot pride as we celebrated our 5th Grade Promotion Walk!

Our future middle schoolers took one final walk through campus while students and staff lined the halls to celebrate all they’ve accomplished. From little learners to student leaders — what an incredible journey it has been!

Once a Patriot, always a Patriot. ❤️🦅
