**ATTENTION LAMPING FAMILIES**
We wanted to help spread the word about something really exciting. One of our students, Jenna H., is a finalist in the Sphere XO Design Challenge, and voting runs until 2/27.
Right now, Jenna is in 2nd place, and with a little push, she could take the lead! Each email address can vote once per day, so even a few seconds a day can make a big difference. Spread the word to your friends and family.
If Jenna wins, our entire school gets a field trip to the Sphere to see The Wizard of Oz and $10,000 for our art program. Such an amazing opportunity for Lamping Elementary!

**HELP THOSE IN NEED**
Lamping ES has a group of amazing parent volunteers who are helping those who are experiencing food insecurity due to the current status of the lack of support and/or benefits. We are welcoming anyone who is willing to support these families by putting together a bag of non-perishable goods. Any help is welcome. Please see the flyer for details.

This was a Lamping Halloween Parade and Trunk-or-Treat for the books. Our amazing Lamping Lightning Bolt students were able to dress up in their elaborate and creative costumes to walk through the parade and visit the wonderfully creative and original trunks set up by each classroom’s parents so each student could collect some special Halloween treats and trinkets. A huge thank you to our staff, parents/families, and Student Council officers and advisors for making this such a memorable event for all to enjoy.

What an awesome Lamping Fall Festival 2025!! Families and students all had an amazing time all decked out in their creative costumes. We want to say a special thank you to Brisa Shoshani and the PTA team who really organized a fun-filled event for our school community. Shoutout to all the amazing staff who came out to volunteer to run booths, set up items, and clean up afterwards. A huge thank you to all the Lamping Student Council members as well as the high school and middle school students who helped run the booths. It wouldn’t have been possible without them. Lastly, thank you to all of the generous community members who donated such amazing items to the auction and raffle.

Our Lamping teachers and staff officially returned today and are in full swing to welcome back our amazing Lightning Bolt students and families!! Ready for yet another awesome school year!!
