⭐MACKADEMIC NIGHT⭐
Join Us for Food & Fun at Mackademic Night!
Date: Thursday, September 3rd
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
 
Our PTO is graciously providing a Hot Dog & Chips Dinner for all families in the MPR! To manage wait times and ensure everyone has room to sit and eat comfortably, dining is scheduled by the last name of your youngest Mountain Lion:
 
5:00 PM – 5:25 PM: Last Names N–Z
5:30 PM – 5:55 PM: Last Names G–M
6:00 PM – 6:25 PM: Last Names A–F
 
Classroom & Specialist Visits
Outside of your assigned dining slot, you are invited to visit your children’s classrooms and interactive specialist activities (GATE, PE, Library, Music).
Classroom Etiquette: Please visit onlyyour own children’s classrooms.
Timing & Session Transitions: Teachers will host interactive activities during all three sessions. Please arrive at the beginning of each session and plan to remain for the entire activity. An announcement will signal the end of each block so families can transition smoothly.
 
? Funky Frostwich gourmet ice cream treats and Kona Ice will be available for purchase throughout the event!

Nate Mack PTO will be providing and serving the food and we need donations to help make it happen, plus volunteers to help serve.

Instead of our traditional “Dots & Donuts” this year, we are shifting to a Den Discovery.
This flexible, drop-in event will be on Friday, August 7th. Feel free to stop by anytime between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to meet your teacher, see the classroom, and drop off supplies!
 
We will also have several organizations on campus sharing information about child care, extracurricular activities, and community resources.
 
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM | PreK Orientation: For families of both AM and PM session students. Join us directly in the PreK classrooms.
 
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Den Discovery: All families and students are welcome.
 
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | 5th Grade Parent Information Session: Because the format and expectations of 5th grade are dramatically different than in previous grades, we invite all 5th grade parents to join us for a very important info session with the teachers in the MPR.
