We’re continuing to build our team. ⚒️

Sledge Institute was created for educators who believe school can—and should—be more.

More connected to the world.
More responsive to how students learn.
More intentional about preparing young people for what comes next.

As Sledge grows, we’re looking for talented educators and professionals who bring excellence, curiosity, strong practice, and a genuine belief in young people to their work.

If project-based learning, place-based education, competency-based learning, global experiences, wellness, and rethinking what’s possible in school sound like the kind of work you want to be part of, we should meet.

We’re growing the Hammer Fam and looking for the right people to grow with us.

Come see what we’re building. ⚒️
