Don Davis Aviation has an opening for a full-time CFI. The successful candidate should be professional, dedicated, personable, and willing to work within a team environment and expand our customer base.
Candidates must also have a strong desire to grow as a professional pilot while adhering to company practices and displaying competent aeronautical decision-making skills. Though we prefer CFII with 100 hours dual given, individuals with less experience will be considered as long as the passion for teaching and sharing aviation with others is apparent. Our CFI's fly Diamond DA40's and C172's. Opportunities exist to fly customer-owned aircraft as well as survey, fish and wildlife, photography, and other various flying.
Pay is an hourly base plus flight pay. Motivated and hard working instructors can expect to move into our aircraft management and charter programs (light jets) with about 1,000 hours total time. Opportunities to advance into our jet charter fleet after generally 6 to 12 months.
