In today’s business environment, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are often treated as buzzwords that amount to little more than a mandatory annual training. However, the reality is, when leaders make DEI a priority, every facet of the organization benefits! Fortune and Forbes publish annual lists of the leading companies for DEI, which helps inform best practice. In-depth employee perspective is also critical! It's necessary to uncover the workforce's perspective on how well companies are promoting and prioritizing DEI. Dr. Region-Sebest and Dr. Batiste along with students, are conducting some exciting research on employer standards of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in your area. We want to know what you think! Your perceptions of your workplace are important to us! Please take about 5-7 minutes out of your busy schedule to take this brief anonymous survey. https://lnkd.in/gVNfJbX
