Thank you to the students, families, staff, and community members who have been part of our New Hope school community. As students and staff transition to Dabney Elementary School effective July 1, 2026, we look forward to the opportunities, growth, and success that lie ahead.

Today we had our last family dinner in New Hope. We will forever be the great Wildcat family!! Thank you Mrs. Young and Principal Christopher-Rubin for planning and setting up the beautiful occasion. Principal Christopher-Rubin gave each staff member a journal, pen, daisy seeds, soil and pot. Mrs. Young gifted each staff member a tumbler.❤️

We are excited to share with our New Hope families that we have free food available for our community! You can come by the school Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM while supplies last. Remember, it’s first come, first serve, so don’t miss out!

Congratulations to our Wildcat Beta Club sponsor, school administrator, and Beta Club members.

The Board of Education recognized our schools for their distinguished work with their Beta Clubs! With over 200 inductees this academic year, Vance County Schools was selected as a District of Distinction for the eighth consecutive year - the only district in North Carolina with the honor for that length of time! Congratulations to each of our Beta sponsors, school administrators and all of our Beta Club members for encompassing a focus on service, leadership and scholarship!

Wildcats Got Talent! Today the Wildcats talents blew the audience away. They sang, dance, and told jokes. We sang along and laughed out loud! A great way to end the school year! Have a safe and enjoyable summer Wildcats!
