Today, from 2-3pm, Kristy Caratzola, exhibition curator and Hofstra University Museum collections manager, leads a guided tour of Spirit and Identity: Melanesian Works from the Hofstra University Museum Collections. She will share the customs, traditions and cultural practices of the various tribes of Papua New Guinea and Melanesia that have shaped the works on view.

This event will take place in the David Filderman Gallery (the 9th floor of the Axinn Library).
