Meet Your Instructor: Jesse Anderson IV

Years in HVAC have taught Jesse that knowing what to do is only part of the job. As Lead Instructor, he pushes students to understand the why behind the work, sharpen their judgment, and built the kind of knowledge that holds up when the textbook is closed.

Not a bad view for day one. There’s something pretty special about watching a plan turn into a room full of students ready to learn. Now the real work begins, and we’re excited to see what this group will do!

We’ve already had 50 students sign up for Anderson Trade Academy, with so many more showing interest from schools we haven’t even had the chance to visit yet. The response from our students, schools, parents, and communities has meant more to us than we can say.

We’re so excited for this first year and for the opportunities ahead. Not only to teach these students a trade, but to invest in the young people right here in our communities and help them build a future they can be proud of. We can’t wait to see where this first year takes us.

Real Skills. Real Futures. Real Opportunities. 💪🏻

Anderson Trade Academy provides hands-on HVAC training for students in East Texas through industry-focused education, school partnerships, and real-world experience.

A great morning at West Sabine High School! 🙌

We had the opportunity to talk with seniors about life after graduation and introduce them to another path forward through the trades.

Seeing the interest, hands going up, and students asking questions is exactly why we’re doing this.

Thank you, West Sabine ISD, for having us!

Hemphill High School, we’ll see you tomorrow!
