How Renting the Rock Works

1. Reserve your date — this is the day your painted design will be displayed on the rock during school hours.

2. Paint it the evening before, starting at 4:00 PM. Your painting will be displayed for 24 hours. Please do not start painting until 4:00 PM the day before your rental.

Example: If you rent November 3rd, you'll paint the rock starting at 4 PM on November 2nd, and your design stays up to 4pm November 3rd.

Our SPIRIT ROCK is ready to rock and roll! Grab your spot using the Sign Up Genius link below. Pay your $10 reservation fee using our square site (also linked below)! Remember: $10 reserves your spot for 24 hours. From 4pm the day before your reservation to 4pm the day of. Please make sure all designs are school appropriate! If your design is deemed not appropriate, it will be painted over with no refund.

Also, if you’re interested in joining the PTO, you can now pay your $5 membership fee for the 2026-2027 school year on the square website linked. PTO members have the opportunity to volunteer at PHESA PTO events after completing the appropriate background checks. Members also are allowed to vote at PTO meetings!
