We are so excited to provide such a wonderful asset to the Hemingford community and the main street. All membership dues are invested back into the center for expanded equipment, class offerings, and to the building for continued community benefit.

Fall is in the air--it's a perfect time to try the first ever GARDEN Tai Chi class on September 2nd at Kim's house.

School is back in session, which means you can get back to your routine of fun fitness classes or using all the great cardio and weights equipment The Body Shop has to offer!

August starts off with an amazing opportunity--a community triathlon! Meet at the pool to register or just come cheer on your friends and neighbors. The race starts at 9am.

The Box Butte County Fair brings a whole week of fun, plus the annual Memorial 5k fun walk/run on the 8th. Meet at City Park to register by 7:15. Race starts at 7:30!

School starting means a perfect time to get back into your gym routine--we're here with the group fitness classes to fit into your schedule.

July at The Body Shop: it's always a great place to come in and beat the summer heat!

The Memory Cafe Meeting is July 1st, followed by a packed month of group fitness classes including the beloved twice-weekly Water Aerobics.

June brings your favorite group fitness class back--Water Aerobics at the Hemingford Pool! Catch it on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, always weather permitting.

The Memory Cafe class is still the first Wednesday of the month at 2:00pm.

Panhandle Gymnastics summer session starts on Tuesday mornings at 8:30am, beginning on June 9th.

One of our community members also put in a ton of planning to bring back a Hemingford classic: Family Days, the 11h-13th!! There will be a 5k Color Fun Run Saturday (the 13th) morning at 8am. Meet in front of Treasured Grounds.

There will be something fun for everyone this month at The Body Shop!
