🚌 NISD Transportation Update for 2026-2027🚍

📅 Deadline: June 30, 2026

NISD has implemented a new transportation registration process for the upcoming school year.

⚠️ This is a change from previous years, so even returning riders should review their transportation selection or confirm they have already selected transportation for next school year.

What Parents Should Do:
1️⃣ Complete student registration.
2️⃣ Select transportation needs during registration.
3️⃣ Verify transportation eligibility.
4️⃣ Submit your request by June 30.

👇 Register or Verify Your Transportation Selection Here:

📱 Parent Tip: Check out the free “Here Comes the Bus®” app! I’ve used it for the past two years and love it. The app allows families to track their child’s bus in real time, receive notifications, and know when the bus is approaching their stop. Many parents may not realize this helpful tool is available through NISD.

At Northside ISD students are offered an education which honors their voice and prepares them to engage, contribute, and succeed.

📢 Reminder, Helotes Families!

Northside ISD has introduced a new Parent Portal that will provide parents with access to TEA-designated instructional materials used in the classroom, starting with K-12 math resources.

⏰ The opt-in deadline is TODAY, May 29!

🔔‼️Check your inbox from the week of May 11th!📧

Participation is optional, but parents must opt in before an account can be created.

Please note: This is a Northside ISD initiative and not a PTA program. We’re sharing as a reminder for families who may wish to participate.

As we wrap up an incredible year, our PTA was proud to help support our 5th grade Bulldogs and make their promotion celebrations extra special 💙💛

From student gifts to promotion decorations, these celebrations are only possible because of the support from our PTA families, volunteers, and community.

Watching our students walk the halls one last time as elementary students was such a special moment for everyone. We are so proud of the Class of 2026 and can’t wait to see all they accomplish in middle school and beyond! 🎓🐾

Our PTA recognized some of our top supporters this year with gratitude plaques as a small token of appreciation. 💙💛

We simply could not do what we do without the support of our incredible community, families, volunteers, and local partners. Thank you for helping make this such a great year for our students, staff, and school!
