FAQs

I’m not sure my child would want to participate in the stock show portion, can I still come?

Your child is able to do as much or as little as they want! If they just to pet and hang out with the animals they absolutely do not have to do the stock show portion.

Will there be loud music and noises?

We do have a speaker system that we use to make announcements but there will not be loud music playing at any point. However some animals can get talkative and we have a lot of people and stock trailers on the grounds so it may be a bit noisy.

Should I sign up even if my child might not want to participate?

If you are not sure what they would want to do but still want to join our recommendation would be to register so we can account for them, we provide a shirt and lunch at no cost. There is no obligation to participate in every activity available, they are welcome to do whatever they are comfortable with!

Disabled Outdoorsmen USA invites you to our Second Annual Disabled Youth Shed Hunt, sponsored by Double Down Deer Feed!

This free event is created for disabled youth of all ages and promises a day full of fun—educational vendors, games, prizes, lunch, and swag bags for every child.

👉 Please register only the child with a disability; families are welcome to attend and join in the day. Donations are appreciated to help us continue empowering youth through the outdoors.
