We were excited to welcome Chef Bill Scepansky back to Saucon Valley for a culinary training experience with our food service team.

Staff members from Saucon Valley and other local districts participated. One participant works for a local daycare; another traveled from Philadelphia to take part in the training.

Throughout the two-day workshop, participants prepared more than 20 different dishes and explored new techniques, flavors and menu ideas. Several of the recipes developed during the training may even find their way onto the Saucon Valley School District menu during the upcoming school year.

We are proud to host these kinds of opportunities. Thank you to Chef Scepansky for sharing his expertise and helping us continue to elevate the dining experience for students 🍜🤌🏻

Congratulations to Saucon Valley High School Wrestlers Carter Chunko and Mack Santoro for helping Team Pennsylvania win a Junior National Team Championship!

Competing as part of Pennsylvania's all-star team, Carter and Mack faced some of the nation's top young wrestlers and played an important role in bringing home the national title.

"Their hard work, dedication, and commitment were on full display as they competed against the nation's best and brought home the National Title," said Coach Chad Shirk.

We are proud of the way they represented both Pennsylvania and Saucon Valley School District on the national stage. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement!
