No gossip.

No recruiting people to take sides.

No pretending everything is okay while resentment grows.

Have the conversation.

Own your part.

And pursue peace.

We cannot control every misunderstanding, but we can choose how we respond to one another.

Protect the unity.

You don't have to do everything to be valuable to the team. 🎙️❤️

Healthy worship teams learn when to lead, when to support, when to play, when to sing—and sometimes, when to leave space.

But here's the other side:

Value what everyone else brings too.

The ministry needs more than the person holding the microphone.

Every part matters.

Every role contributes.

And when we stop fighting to be heard individually, we can begin creating one sound together.
