Ten Mile Drivers

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮 𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲:
We've been following Ralph Rice as he trains to drive his Suffolk geldings: two-year-old Murtaugh and yearling Jamie. Jamie stars in this video while Ralph puts him in a bitting rig and ground drives him around the paddock.

Good luck to all the MDHMA members who will be competing in the Draft Horse Expo at the upcoming Montana Fair in Billings on August 8 & 9 from 12-5pm in the outdoor arena! Classes include a variety of rail classes and configurations, obstacle courses, speed events, log skidding and even a barrel race (horse must also be entered in a driving class so no rodeo barrel stars!) with separate classes for youth and minis/ponies. It's always a fun time!
