The purpose of the Helena Middle School Parent Teacher Organization is to increase the capacity of parents, teachers and staff to be effective advocates for education at their School and in their community by:

1. Promoting closer relationships between home and school so that parents and teachers may cooperate in the education of our children

2. Providing an open forum on matters of general schoo

l concern

4. Rallying broad community support for issues concerning the education and welfare of students

5. Providing volunteers for school events and programs

6. Conducting fundraising activities that support instructional and physical needs of students that go beyond state and local requirements

7. Collaborating with elected officials, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector organizations in furtherance of its purpose

The HMS PTO considers it such an amazing honor to create an atmosphere where our 8th graders were celebrated by their families, school administration, staff, and classmates! We know that memories were made that will last a lifetime🐾 Congratulations on such an important milestone Class of 2030, it’s LITERALLY up from here💙🤍
