Should Montana make it so, a Law would trigger a 100% audit if any candidate, or their staff, of any election where they have proof of improbable grossly portrayed statistical anomaly's, or proof of malfeasance, thus granting a full recount, or partial recount, or in rare occurrences, a redone election with court-ordered 100% monitoring?
Montana Legislature Ideas and Discussion
This is a great place for Legislators and the MT citizenry to toss around ideas for new MT laws.
In todays culture LEO's have had to prove their innocence in court, but lately a lot of officers, especially Federal Officers have been caught lying, or omitting facts that exonerate the alleged suspect.
To instill improved public trust, should we in Montana, make it Law that every Law Enforcement officer, including federal agents/U.S. Marshalls/etc., be forced to wear 100% body cams (BODY WORN video recording device) to try any court cases within the state of Montana? Should there be no video of the incident or arresting actions being accused, the charges are dropped, and the Law enforcement officer(s) are liable criminally for charges from the suspect for civil rights violations, up to and including the officers/agents direct supervisor?
Should there be 100% surveillance video of the polling places across every county in Montana, especially on the Reservations?
