🐅 Building Our Future Brick by Brick! 🧱

A huge thank you to our parents, teachers, staff, and community leaders who took time out of their summer to participate in our CCMS Continuous Improvement Planning Meeting today!

Together, we reviewed student achievement, attendance, stakeholder survey results, and current school programs to celebrate our successes, identify areas for growth, and determine the priorities that will guide our work during the 2026–2027 school year.

Through thoughtful discussion and collaboration, our committee identified three key priorities:

🧱 Build a Strong Culture of Character

* Apply to become a National School of Character
* Strengthen school wide character initiatives through our TIGERS Core Values

📚 Increase Math Achievement

* Continue targeted interventions through Tiger Period
* Strengthen high-quality math instruction and increase student proficiency

🤝 Strengthen Family & Community Partnerships

* Increase parent engagement
* Expand community partnerships and connect families with valuable resources
