Important information about tomorrow!!

Students will be issued spirit packs tomorrow morning before the pep rally. They will all need to wear tennis shoes and socks with the shorts and shirts.
Students will be allowed to stay at the band room after school if needed. Call time is 4:00. Do not be late. Some of our kids can’t get home on the bus and back by this time. They are welcome to stay at the school. If a student does stay at school, they must stay in the band room. No students will be allowed to be outside or in any other part of the building. We will have a meal for the band at 4:00.
Students will load the buses at 4:30.
Depart at 4:45.

It is just over an hour to the game. Warm up at the stadium will be at 6:15. Game starts at 7:00 pm.

All student check out procedures will be in place. Students will not be allowed to leave with a significant other (boyfriend/girlfriend). Students not riding the bus home must check out at the bus only. No check outs will be allowed inside the stadium or prior to the band loading the trailer after the game.

Arrival time at CCHS will be approximately 11:00 pm. All students must have a ride present at CCHS as the buses arrive. All students are required to help with unloading and band trailer before being dismissed. If you are picking up a student, please be prepared for them to stay to help.

Please be mindful of parking as the buses and band trailer return to CCHS. The trailer must be parked back in the grass next to the school in order to unload.
