We went to Spencer Park for our last field trip to a park. We were able to spend a little time out on the playground, but then it started raining. Luckily, Miss Kathy brought some Taco Games for us to play. First we play a few rounds of Hot Taco to the song It's Raining Tacos! Camden and Vanna were the winners! Then, we had the "tortilla" toss. We had to stand or sit were our "tortilla" landed. Alayna almost had to sit on Miss Kathy's shoulder, because her "tortilla" hit Miss Kathy! Even, Miss Cindy gave the "tortilla" a toss! Our last game was Spill the Beans. We had to shake a bean filled jar to see how many we could get out of the little hole in the lid. Vanna got the most beans out of the jar! And, of course we had to take pictures with our friend, Panama!

For our very last day of making our afternoon snack, we made Taco Pizza Rolls. We took turns cooking the taco meat, putting the meat and cheese on the pizza crust, and cutting up tomatoes. We learned about safety in the kitchen while cooking the taco meat and knife safety when we were cutting up the tomatoes. When it was time for snack, we were able to put what ever we wanted on our Taco Pizza Rolls, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and/or sour cream! Our Taco Pizza Rolls turned out great!
