My thoughts on Easter have changed, evolved, and just have continued to represent whatever perspective and projections I have at the time.
So I don’t see this Easter as any different. I continue to embrace change as such a natural part of life and in that, my Easter thoughts. Change.
Being with Penny at her “place” on Easter has been essential for my healing. Every year I have organized an Easter egg hunt with friends and family. Today I am far away from her, no Easter egg hunt, and I am looking for new places to live. My attachment to her place is dying. There can be an immense amount of guilt associated with this. My attachment to these days, how we celebrated and have healed is changing. I’m growing, evolving, and healing. I feeling the impermanence of, everything.
If you are on a new path and you don’t know what to do with this day, I see you. This day is now so meaningful for me, it represents my “reconnection to Christ and his cosmic origin.”
Thought by Richard Rohr:
Understanding the Universal or Cosmic Christ can change the way we relate to creation, to other religions, to other people, to ourselves, and to God. Knowing and experiencing this Christ can bring about a major shift in consciousness.

In the historical Jesus, this eternal omnipresence had a precise, concrete, and personal referent. God’s presence became more obvious and believable in the world. The formless took on form in someone we could “hear, see, and touch.”making God easier to love.
But it seems we so fell in love with this personal interface in Jesus that we forgot about the Eternal Christ, the Body of God, which is all of creation, which is really the First Incarnation. Jesus and Christ are not exactly the same. In the early Christian era, a few Eastern Fathers mystically saw that Jesus is the union of human and divine in space and time; and Christ is the eternal union of matter and Spirit from the beginning of time.
When we believe in Jesus Christ, we’re believing in something much bigger than the historical incarnation that we call Jesus. Jesus is the visible map. The entire sweep of the meaning of Christ includes us and all of creation since the beginning of time.
