The new class format has been rockin'! Fast paced, hot and sweaty, what more could you ask for? Check out the new schedule: Mon 10am, Wed 11am and Thurs 7:30pm. We have a Jam Session the last Saturday of each month. First one is this Saturday, September 24th at 10am!
