Progressive Defense Tactics PDT is focused on educating and empowering individuals to protect themselves through the development Now open in a new location.

The Fit Stop Health Club, Annex, in Heber City, Ut. Now offering full belt ranking Mixed Martial Arts classes(MMA). Youth program will be coming soon. We still offer private instruction at your location. We will provide the mats and necessary training gear that you will need for your particular session, whether it's for private lessons, group/corporate setting or law enforcement.
