“Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: Praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: Praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: Praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: Praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: Praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.”

𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆: “For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: ‘The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.’” 2 Thessalonians 3:10

Paul’s words address those who were able to work but unwilling to do so, choosing idleness instead. Scripture calls believers to take responsibility for the work before them, serving faithfully rather than becoming an unnecessary burden to others.

🙏𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲:

Lord, thank You for the responsibilities and opportunities You have placed before me. Guard me against idleness and give me a willing heart to work faithfully. Help me use the strength, time, and abilities You have given me wisely, while showing compassion to those who truly need help. May my work and conduct honor You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.”
