We had another wonderful Hornet Huddle at Heath Springs Elementary! This month, our character word is SELF-CONTROL.

Our amazing staff did a fantastic job with role-playing different situations and demonstrating ways students can practice self-control. We learned that self-control means managing our feelings, thinking before we act, making good choices, and responding to challenging situations in a positive way.

Great job, first grade! We are so proud of you for showing your Hornet pride and spirit! Keep up the great work!

Heath Springs Elementary School invites all veterans and our Heath Springs Elementary families to join us for our Veterans Day Program on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

We look forward to honoring the brave men and women who have served our country and showing our appreciation for their service and sacrifice. We would love to have our HSES families join us as we come together to recognize and celebrate our heroes!
