Our raffle raised an amazing $208! Congratulations to Rachel Ward, who won $104, with the remaining $104 going to 180 Turning Lives Around. 💜

But Rachel went above and beyond and generously donated her $104 winnings right back to 180 Turning Lives Around! 🥹💜

That means the full $208 raised is being donated to 180 Turning Lives Around! 🎉

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.

2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.

3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can be a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
